September is National Ovarian Cancer Awareness Month

Awareness PenEach year, approximately 20,000 American women are diagnosed with ovarian cancer, and about 15,000 die from the disease. When detected at its earliest stage, the five-year survival rate for ovarian cancer is 93%. Unfortunately, too few women know the warning signs, and many don't seek help until it's too late.

Symptoms include bloating, pelvic or abdominal pain, difficulty eating or feeling full too quickly, urgent or frequent urination, fatigue, and indigestion.

Do your part to fight ovarian cancer with a fundraiser or education campaign featuring such popular awareness items as awareness wristlets, awareness ribbon pens, lapel pins, keychains, and more.
